I'm 32 years old and live in Queensland Australia, just north of Brisbane in a town called Elimbah.

I live in a 2 1/4 acre property with my parents, brother, my two dogs, my parents dog, 2 cats and 3 donkeys. Quite a crowd!

We have two houses on the property - my parents and brother live in one, the other is mine. It's a small two bedroom cottage. Cosy but comfortable.

My parents built the house for me because I'm sick with Bipolar Disorder and sometimes it's difficult for me to look after myself properly when I become ill. To get approval for a second house on the property, I had to prove my illness, and as no-one else is legally allowed to live here, the house is technically mine, even though it is owned by my parents!

My bipolar isn't stabilised yet, so it looks like I'll be living here for a while. My parents say they'll let me live here indefinitely anyway. My parents are great people that I get on very well with, so I'm happy to be living here. Not only that, the property is beautiful... gorgeous... stunning... well you get the idea.

I don't have a job, but I'm a part time University student studying a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Writing. I do it via correspondence and the internet. I love the course, but find it difficult due to my illness. When I'm well I get high marks. When I'm sick I find it difficult to even complete the subjects. Fortunately, I have very understanding lecturers.

I'm also going to Weight Watchers trying to lose the weight gain cause by my bipolar medication. So far I've lost about 20kg, with another 15 to go.
